H.D.S. Fiber optic trunk cable 6x LC duplex with LED signaling

H.D.S. Fiber-optic trunk cables are designed for cabinet to cabinet connections and for the connection of consolidation points. The preterminated solution, which is covered with test protocols, is designed with LC duplex connections in the trunk cable for 10 Gbit Ethernet transmissions (in accordance with IEEE 802.3). The H.D.S. fiber optic trunk cables can be delivered at any link length in singlemode (OS2) or multimode fibers (OM3, OM4). The maximum packing density is 168 LC duplex ports on 3 HE or 48 LC duplex ports on 1 HE. The associated remote end of the line can be safely located during operation using the integrated LED signaling.

The fibers of the Fiber optic LED indoor cable are distributed in two tubes with 6 fibers each. 2 additional Copper cores are also installed for the LED identification function. The Fiber optic pigtail indoor cable was developed especially for the use in tight and angled spaces (distributor cabinet, etc.). The 12 fibers are combined in a bundle. The sheath of both cables consists of a flexible FR-LSOH material.

H.D.S. Fiber optic - MPO/MTP® Distribution head

The H.D.S. fiber optic - MPO/MTP® trunk system is designed for cabinet to cabinet connections and for the connection of consolidation points. It consists of preterminated H.D.S. LC duplex distribution heads, which are connected through MPO/MTP® connections with 12 fiber MPO/MTP® cables. The system is designed for 10 Gbit Ethernet transmissions (as per IEEE 802.3). Depending on the existing infrastructure, the user can choose between singlemode (OS2) and multimode fibers (OM3, OM4) as MPO/MTP® version. The maximum packing density is 168 LC duplex ports on 3U or 48 LC duplex ports on 1U.
